The B&B is located in an upscale residential neighborhood with broad sidewalks, paved streets and street lights. It is a short walk to a secluded virgin beach, 3 Km to the 5-star hotel zone and about 8 Km to the center of town. The international Airport is only 15-20 minutes by car. There are seven 5- star hotels in Huatulco, and numerous 2,3, and 4- star lodgings but very few high-quality intimate inns in this region, leaving this segment of the market, virtually untouched.
Huatulco is a unique tourist development in Mexico with some of the best infrastructure in the country. It has earned the coveted Earth Check Platinum Level Certification for its environmental efforts in sustainable tourism. The nine bays and 36 beaches remain sparkling clean because none of the waste water is pumped into the sea. It is treated and reused on parks boulevards and the 18-hole golf course.
